Bryt: Day 337 January 30

We got family pictures taken a while back and this is one of my favorites. Just look at my babies :)

Bryt: Day 336 January 29

"Mom, I wanna wear it like yours. How you dry yours hair, Mom!"

Bryt: Day 335 January 28

Art Kit: Check.
Sugarland's "Stuck Like Glue" playing on Daddy's mp3 player phone: Check.
Dirt Devil Play Vacuum sitting in your chair with you: Check.

You know, just the bare essentials necessary for a good lunch.

Bryt: Day 334 January 27

Just cute. That's all.

Bryt: Day 333 January 26

He just couldn't believe I let him play with Morgan's card game. He was so cute reaching tentatively toward the cards, just waiting for me to snatch them up. When I didn't, he was all smiles!

Bryt: Day 332 January 25

He LOVES climbing in the dishwasher. He also LOVES butter knives. And he was ecstatic that I was taking a picture because that allowed him the time needed to snatch a butter knife and wave it at me. "Got it, Mom! Got it!"

Bryt: Day 331 January 24

I think it is the funniest ever when he plays peek-a-boo through clear stuff.

Ro: Day 336

As you can see, it has been an exciting week. Laura got engaged to her awesome boyfriend Jason. We are pleased to be able to add him to our family in May. Better get back to planning, especially since I get to do the cake (yikes!) Thank goodness I have friends with wedding cake experience.

Ro: Day 335

My papa ran his half marathon. It was so thrilling to see him finishing the race so strong. He finished 20 minutes faster than he expected to. I am really proud of him.

Ro: Day 334

Sam and Bobbie finally got hitched! It was such a wonderful day. There is nothing like being able to see the people you care for be sealed for time and eternity. The joy is tangible.

Ro: Day 333

The day before the wedding there was so much to do to prepare. I took on the task of preparing the soup for the reception so I made the 4 gallons of potato soup. We had ordered the mix online and they showed up individually wrapped in packing paper and bubble wrap. It seemed a little extreme to me, but Connor and I enjoyed the bubble wrap. I felt a lot safer.

K-Day 335

After driving through Williams on Saturday and seeing the train station, we started talking about how much Sam would love to ride a train. So we put a plan together today to go for his birthday and ride the train to the Grand Canyon, since we still have not taken any of the kids to the Grand Canyon we can kill two birds with one stone. Sammy gets to ride a train and the kids get to see the Grand Canyon! The bad part is Sam heard us talking about it and now all he can talk about is riding a choo choo...Come on March 5 get here quick.

K-Day 334

Standin on a corner in Winslow, AZ, such a fine sight to see...
Went to work with Danny today and we drove an absurd amount of miles to do a 10 min job. At least we got to find the statue and get a goofy pic taken,

K-Day 333

For her science fair project Lolo is doing the ole mentos in the soda experiment. We sure had fun blowing up soda! Danny hadn't ever got to do this trick so he was amazed too,

K-Day 332

Danny had YM's tonight, he says the boys don't listen...looks like they are listening to the Bishop. Heehehehehehehee

K-Day 331

I don't know about you, but I think Danielle is open. "Hey hey look at me, ooooooo ooooo me me me me me!"

Ro: Day 332

I finally got the trailblazer registered today, the nicest car I have ever owened and this is the license plate they handed me. Really? For real? Maybe I am just immature, but I just really feel silly driving around with that on the rear of my car.

Ro: Day 331

Sam's fiance Bobbie went through for her Endowment so Kaylee watched Connor for us so we could go. Kaylee gave Connor a fun treat, she took him to the Dollar Theater for is very first theater movie. They watched Megamind and he did a really good job sitting through it. He has his candies he picked out and his dollar for the movie, and you can tell he is excited!

Ro: Day 330

Uncle Sam got a longboard and Connor was having a lot of fun pushing it around.

Ro: Day 329

He found 2 of Daddy's socks, matching even. They make his legs look really weird, but it was one of those things that just really made me giggle when he was pulling those giant socks on.

K-Day 330

Family Home Evening tonight with Mom & Walt, and Jennie & the boys. I love this pic of the boys and Lolo listening to Walt. It was a great evening and we had a wonderful time with all the cousins and Nana & Papa.

Bryt Day 330 January 23

This is his latest face. He is just always making it.

Bryt: Day 329 January 22

She's celebrating her victory in the "yogurt scooter race" in her "yogurt scooter racin' helmet" (her words, not mine)

Bryt: Day 328 January 21

Awww, cousins :)

Bryt: Day 327 January 20

She just came marchin' out of the bathroom, ready to get crackin' on her crazy hair. Apparently she's seen what miracles the blow dryer can perform on mine, cause heaven knows I've never touched her baby fine hair with that thing.

Bryt: Day 326 January 19

Morgan asked me to write this sign on the hotel we made out of a cardboard box. You can't tell me you wouldn't at least be curious to see what this was all about if you stumbled upon the People Hotel in real life. I mean, come on, it's for people, and dinosaurs too!

Bryt: Day 325 January 18

How could a pretend party be complete without a pretend pinata?

K-Day 329

Here is what I have been doing the last few weeks. The AZ Gourd Festival is coming up in a week and a half and I have been winding bobbins of wax linen and seagrass for it. Here it is all done, 436 bobbins of linen and 60 bags of seagrass! Phew.

K-Day 328

Not sure how Sam managed this one, but he somehow got a pic of his face. Lately I find him with my camera quite a bit, and it seems everytime I upload pics there are a few I don't know where or what they are. Maybe I need to keep it up higher.

K-Day 327

Sammy got a hold of the camera during D's baskeball game. Here is part of Paige who was a promising freshman until she pulled a "Danielle" and tore her miniscus while jumping on the trampoline.

K-Day 326

Danielle had to sit for awhile during her basketball game this week. She is just as loud and ornery off the court as she is on it. Can't tell which is the coach half the time. lol

Ro: Day 328

Today we became first-time car buyers. We have always just received generous car hand-me-downs and have never been the purchasers of the car. It was very nerve racking for me to empty our savings account in such a way, but we got a screaming deal and a newer, family-sized car, which is a necessity. Although I am sort of at a loss, because I have never had a car with so little character. Oh well, I hope to have it around long enough that it will eventually develop a little bit.

Ro: Day 327

It's pinewood derby time! The consolation prize for the Cub Scout who comes in last is a flat tire cake. I was in charge of making it this year. I was intimidated by doing fondant all by myself without having the class to help me, but it turned out ok for the purpose of the cake.

Ro: Day 326

It made him feel cool watching TV and he couldn't get out by himself. It gave me almost an hour of uninterruptedness.

Diane Jan 20

I am now officially through as Activity Day Leader. Walt found this quote at the bookstore on a plaque, he bought for Danielle (don't tell her) so I used it and made my own picture for the activity girls. I gave it to them tonight as my farewell gift. They were a great group of girls, never picked at each other. What a miracle.

K-Day 325

This is not a recent pic, but tonight I went back to dance class! Last week Danny and I checked out a newer studio here in Prescott, this week I decided to jump in and attended thier intermediate hip hop class. It felt sooooooo good and I kept up with those girls. I can't wait til next week and am thinking of taking a tap class too. This pic is from the last time I took a class and this is the group I performed with. (If you can't tell I'm the one in green. lol)

Ro: Day 325

Kirby had to go get his shots today, so we had the leash out. Connor insisted on trying it out so we clipped it on the back of his shirt. It didn't take him long to decide he didn't like being tied down.

Ro: Day 324

After we went for our walk Connor spent some time pushing the "baby" around for a walk. After he was done he put the baby back in my tummy.

Ro: Day 323

Aaron's aunt and uncle send coupons for 31 Flavors for birthdays. So for Family Night activity I went and used mine. That there is a sugar cone with Wild n Crazy Sherbet and Snickers ice cream. I know, weird combo but I could not make a choice between the 2. Although next time someone please remind me to get kid scoops.

Ro: Day 322

"HEeeeeey!"

Days ?? to Now

I know I have been hit or miss lately. So I decided to throw up a few pics and then move on from here. Top pic is opening jammies on Christmas Eve. Next pic is what the kids saw when they first ran down the hallway.

Danny has gotten back into playing hockey, so it has become a family thing to go down to the rink and shoot the puck a round. Kody chooses to skateboard and play, he keeps up pretty well.
Sammy has a new past time. He is loving puzzles, here he is with a 100 piece puzzle. He will sit for hours and put them together, just leaves 1 put together and moves to the next one. Our table is constantly covered these days.

Sammy plays dead now. When he is fighting with someone and you hit him he falls down and plays dead.
Say good bye to the Christmas tree, as always Dan burned the tree on the first. I chose this pic, cause you can also see Danielle's sweet outfit.

Double trouble. Danielle and Breanne are the bullys, and play the same position, on the basketball team. This particular game against Mayer, they both fouled out by the middle of the third quarter, and then sat and misbehaved on the bench.
We went to the Sundogs game and the Hansen Bros, from the movie Slapshot, were there. Danny was so excited. I love how even Sammy has his fist up.

My boys doing the belly dance.

Dan and Sam face off.

Kody recieves badges at the Court of Honor.

Anyone see Sammy lately?

We cleaned the laundry room. If you were unlucky enough to have seen it before you will truely appreciate this pic.
I don't know if these are enough to catch me up, but I will be moving forward from here.
