K-Day 231

Danielle has been working on this project all break and still into this week. It is usually all over our kitchen table, but we made her stack somewhere else so we could eat dinner. Can't wait til Thursday when it is due so I don't have to look at the mess anymore.

Sammy got a hold of the camera today. I found alot of pics of mine and Danny's feet.

Proof, that at least once I (the baby) had the upper hand on my older sister (the one in front crying). A picture is worth a thousand words.

How come when I look at me in pictures I think I look good. I was so self conscience. Oh to look like that again.

Aaron asked if Connor could have a Daddy Day today. Aaron took him out to lunch and then they went and walked around Borders. I think it is great.

Sammy wanted more cake and cheetos, not to be in the group pic of all the guests at Clayton's 10th party. He refused to compromise, and even stood on the wall with his back to us after all the kids left. lol

Connor's first cleats! He actually got them at his baby shower and today he just REALLY wanted to wear them. They are still 3 sizes too big, but he couldn't wait to get them on and kick a ball. That's my boy!

K-Day 228

Danielle has been trying to get a service project together to clean up the Citizen's Cemetary. She was going to take her YW there 2 weeks ago for mutual, but the caretaker called and said they didn't want the girls there after dark, the day before they were supposed to go. It will be part of the Youth Conferance on the 23rd though, however she told them she would also put together a group over break, however only 1 person showed up this morning. Thats ok though, we were all there (minus Dan, working) and Trent Skousen. We had a blast and got quite a few graves cleaned up! Here is the only pic I took the entire time we were there. The boys handled this one, doesn't look too bad.

Ian was making his way up the stairs again today, and he is always all smiles when he is on this conquest, so I grabbed the camera. Morgan is so funny lately because if I try to take a picture of her, heaven forbid she should continue what she is doing or even give me a smile. BUT, if I am trying to take a picture of Ian, oh you know she's all over that. Oh well, it makes for cute pictures of the 2 of them I suppose.

Goat on the loose. The poor farm lady in orange had her hands full. The frisky goat wanted lunch. Glad mine was somewhere else.

And now we are into the "lock up everything electrical" phase. Yeee-haw.  (also, I guess I really need to dust the hidden from plain view spots of our computer desk...)

Connor asked to wear his tie this morning and he kept it on all day long! I guess the kid just likes to look nice. It kind of clashes with the fact that he also likes to go around without pants on. In this picture, he is also demonstrating his touchdown victory dance. He has so many sides.

We attempted to go to a playgroup today but no one from my ward was there, not even the person who told me about it. There were lots of other people though, and Aaron had so much fun that I literally had to drag him to the car. It was good for us to get out of the house though.

These ducks were lucky to miss the flooding from that storm that struck the state last week.

K-Day 227

So this is also from yesterday, but Sammy wanted to play in the pool at Aunt Shelley's house while we gourded. I was unprepared by not having a swimsuit or swim diaper. After his regular diaper filled up, I took it off and then he took off nakey to the pool. This did not seem ok, so I put his shorts back on, however without the diaper once they were really wet, they didn't stay up.

That rotten Roar was at it again! This time biting Danielle on the way to Phoenix.

Can you tell he is slightly proud of himself for pulling himself up to stand in his crib? And I will ask again, for the five hundredth time, oh baby boy, will you please stop growing up so fast?
