So I just went and got my wedding ring cleaned for the first time in 3 years, which means I have been admiring it a lot this evening. I just really love this ring. Now the story of the ring:
Aaron and I had been talking engagement for a while but we never went ring looking because he was trying to convince me that he "didn't have the money" when in all honesty he was just throwing me off his trail. So finally, one night I decided that I had better figure out what sort of ring I actually wanted since I had never thought about it before. I started looking around online. Two things caught my fancy, a bezel setting, and a wave design. I was surprised because I had never considered either one before. I showed Aaron what I had been looking at and he didn't say much. The very next morning, he proposed with a ring that was exactly what I had barely figured out that I wanted. The thing is that he bought this perfect ring 2 weeks before, before I had even known what my little heart desired. He is amazing, and he knows me better than I know me. I love his guts. And my ring.

What a wonderful story. It speaks volumes about your relationship.
